On Monday 19th May volunteers from MBMG joined with Cornwall Wildlife Trust for another working session at Marazion Dunes. Building on the success of the previous working parties, half the team cleared any patches of the invasive Rosa Rugosa which regrew whilst the other half transplanted marram.
A temporary rope fence was put in place until the proper rope barrier fenceil is installed. We hope the combination of the barriers and a bit of rain will result in successful regrowth of the marram over summer.
Please advise if you wish to attend.
