What we get up to
Our aims, as set out in our constitution, are “to conserve, further discover and enhance the special natural environment of the MBMG area (defined as Cudden Point to Carn Du) its adjacent areas, coastal waters and river catchment areas in-between.”
Amongst our activities are:
Education and Awareness
- Meet and Greets
- Winter Talks
- Outdoor events (Rockpooling, Seaquest, Dune Conservation)
- Community initiatives eg the Refill programme
Conservation:
- Raising awareness of wildlife disturbance
- Monitoring and Surveying (eg Seagrass & Kelp beds, Pacific Oysters, Marine Conservation Society beach pollution)
- Beach Cleans including silent disco beach cleans

Cornwall Wildlife Trust are proud to have collaborated with Mount’s Bay Marine Group to celebrate the amazing volunteers who protect their local marine environment.
